Returns

We hope that your order will be to your complete satisfaction. However, if you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days.

To do this, return to your order in the "My account" section of the site. You can then fill in the form and request a return.

Alternatively, email us at returns@johndouglasmusic.com. We will then issue you with a returns number.

We recommend that you return your goods by recorded delivery as a receipt is not proof of shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, in which case the postage costs will be refunded by us.

We will write to you by email to confirm receipt of your goods and refund details.
