Delivery

Delivery is available to UK Mainland customers only.

The charge is on a per item basis and is calculated at the check out stage.

We use Royal Mail for smaller items and courier service for larger items. delivery should be 2-3 working days.

In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch with the option to amend or cancel your order.

We also offer a collect in store option. You can order your goods in the online store and then collect them at John Douglas Music whenever is convenient. There is no charge for this service – just choose the collection option at checkout.
